The Tensei Pearl Online Shop offers a points service for member customers.

Points earned through your purchases can be used for your next and future purchases.

How to Earn Points

When you shop while registered as a member and logged in,

1 point per ¥100

is earned.

How much are points worth?

Your earned points can be used

at 1 point = ¥1

for purchases at the Tensei Pearl Online Shop.

For example,

• 100 points → ¥100

• 500 points → ¥500

• 1,000 points → ¥1,000

can be used as a discount of that amount.

When are points awarded?

Points from purchases are awarded 2 days after the item is shipped.

Please note that points may not yet be available immediately after ordering or immediately after shipping.

Points Expiration

Points are valid for 24 months.

Points that have passed their expiration date will expire automatically.

Expired points cannot be restored, so please use them before they expire.

How to Use Points

To use points, first log in to your member account.

Add items to your cart, and when you open the cart page, the points currently available to you will be displayed.

Enter the number of points you want to use, apply the points, and then proceed to the checkout page.

Before proceeding to the checkout page, please confirm that the points discount has been correctly applied.

Notes on Using Points

Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

In the event of a return, cancellation, or the like, points awarded for the order in question may be revoked.
